How much does each bundle/pack of hair weigh?

Each bundle/pack of hair weighs a total of 100 grams/3.5 ounces.

How many bundles should I purchase?

We recommend atleast 3 bundles to achieve the best look.

What color does the Genesis hHair Import Hair come in?

All of our extensions come in its natural black and natural brown state. There is no custom coloring. We ask that you seek a professional if you would like coloring done to your hair.

Can Genesis Hair Import hair be colored or dyed?

Yes. All of our hair can be colored, dyed and lightened. Please seek professional help when coloring your hair extensions to prevent over processing of your hair extensions.

HAIR CARE

What is the best way to care for the hair to keep it looking good?

Genesis Hair Imports hair can last up to 3 years with proper care. Here are a few must read tips to help you along the way:

  1. Always brush your hair before going to bed.  Always use a wide tooth brush or detangling comb and gently brush the hair while holding it down with your other hand to prevent unnecessary tension and pulling.
  2. Before shampooing your hair, always detangle it.  Always wash your hair gently in a downward motion using your fingers.  Do not scrub or bunch hair together as this will cause the cuticles to open up and rub against each other which would then cause tangling.
  3. Always condition your hair with a moisturizing conditioner such as silicon mix.  This alone will make a huge difference.
  4. Every 4 times or so you wash your hair, add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to your shampoo and water mix.  Apple cider vinegar will clarify it, add shine, and remove build up from your hair.
  5. You can also condition wash your virgin hair, this means skipping the shampoo and using your conditioner just like you would your shampoo.
  6. If possible, be patient with your virgin hair weave and let it air dry after washing it.
  7. Apply a small amount of coconut oil 2 to 3 times per week as required.
  8. Avoid alcohol based products for your hair as alcohol is very drying to hair.
  9. Moisturize your hair as needed with high quality leave in moisturizers and conditioners.
  10. Last but not least, our virgin weave extensions are very high quality, very little product is needed.  Do not weigh down your hair by using too much unnecessary products.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & SHIPPING

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

You will normally get your package within 2 to 3 business days… Unless of course there is some crazy weather issue or other issues that arise with delivery services, as we cannot prevent those! (PLEASE NOTE: Longer shipping time for Lace wigs and customized products.)

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind on a purchase or exchange, and if it is before the products has been shipped out to you, please contact us by phone and/or email AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can cancel, refund, or void your order and/or payment. If we have already shipped your order to you, you must ship it back to us at your expense. Only once we receive the items back from you we will refund your payment.

We strongly recommend getting a tracking number and shipping insurance from the shipping company you choose to return with.  We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods that are sent back to us for any returns or exchanges. If you obtain a tracking number, please email us the tracking number so we can help be on the lookout for your return as well.

All shipments to us are your responsibility and we will not pay for return or exchange shipping costs unless it was a mistake on our end and/or you received incorrect items. Only then we will cover the return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label that can printed out and put on a box/bag to ship back to us with.

How do I get a refund?

Hair is FINAL SALE unless you received the wrong items or something is wrong with the product.

To receive a refund, all you would need to do is to email or call us to let us know you want to return your UNUSED, non-damaged hair. Once we receive it back in the mail from you and have confirmed that it is still indeed in the same brand new, unused condition that we sent it to you in, we will then refund your payment method that you used when you made your initial purchase.
